The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast could use improvement. I loved the horse murals and the convenience of the automated beer tap. The noise from the nearby highway was distracting, especially while trying to catch the live sports on TV.

Cleanliness fell short: a bathroom with lingering odors and a shower lacking water pressure. Staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't address concerns adequately. A broken lamp added to frustrations. Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was super convenient, right off the interstate and close to many dining options. The rooms were spotless and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options that kept us fueled for the day.

The only downside was the inconsistent housekeeping service, as we had to request fresh towels and toiletries multiple times. Some late-night activities in the parking lot raised safety concerns, but overall, it didn't overshadow our enjoyable stay.

I loved the cozy feel of Equus Inn and how comfortable the beds were. The heating worked well, keeping us warm during our stay. the air conditioning could have been better as it didn't cool the room as efficiently as we would have liked. The rooms were nicely decorated, and I appreciated having a sitting area to relax in. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, but I wish they had more variety and better quality. We enjoyed watching some shows on the flat-screen TV, but the remote was a bit tricky to figure out at first. The parquet floors added a touch of elegance to the room, but they could have been cleaner. Housekeeping did a decent job, but there were some areas that could have been better maintained. The garden furniture looked a bit worn out, and the outdoor seating area could have been more inviting.
